occasions last week for brow threading and then eyelashtint/sports massage. The later was on a day when I had alot of lower back pain. Therapist was wonderful and I am pleased to say I am feeling much better. Thank you both.

really disappointed! my mother and I have been here many of times but this time we will not be coming back. I booked a pamper day so I would be all relaxed and ready for Christmas but I wish I never bothered. I booked my appointments months in advance and said I had a nut allergy I then called the day before just to remind them, and I was told it was all fine. I arrived for my appointment the next day and got told I could not have a facial as the products contained nuts so got offered a longer massage which I didn’t want. I then had my waxing done and still have burnt underarms which is so uncomfortable and also not nice looking! I had a manicure and then once I had left realised the paint was peeling off so went back in and they re-painted them which then turned out even worse as they done too many layers which meant they did not dry so I asked for my money back for the manicure! I have told a number of people who I know to never go here as it was so disappointing. I paid a lot of money for stress,burnt underarms,awful manicure (that then had to be done somewhere else) and disappointment of not getting a facial.
