Avoid like the plague!!! Picked my suit up and with only an hour to get ready and changed to go to a funeral discovered they never packed my trousers, was miles away from the shop, had to go in my dirty working trousers, I visited them that morning reminding them of the importance later that morning, next day I left my number to speak with the manager for refund, no call! they don’t care! Really bad service but one polite staff member! The others couldn’t care less! Avoid at all cost
Very impressed with the service and quality of cleaning. I took a few items to be cleaned my suit , shirts and Canada goose jacket . Everything came back looking brand new. My shirts have never been ironed so well . Friendly staff who go that extra mile and explained how they clean. Would highly recommend and will return.

I picked up my duvet only to have a phone call later that day to say I had the wrong duvet. They came out and swapped the duvets and I later I discovered the replacement duvet was not mine and the first one I pick up was. Not sure what is going on in this place but I will be using Waitrose from now on. Small businesses like this should do more to look after their customers.
Terrible customer service. This shop lost a very expensive White Company bedspread of mine how do you lose an Emperor sized bed spread???? when I put it in to be dry cleaned on the 8th of May.....still waiting to hear from the owner/manager 11 weeks later after numerous visits/calls. Better reply soon or it's off to the small claims court for me......... DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!!!! Gave them one star but if I could it would be -10 stars!!!
Avoid if you can.. the most unprofessional dry cleaning business I have came across. Use Waitrose if you can instead, at least they deliver on time and have manners. -9 our of 10 for this place and that’s being generous. Will never use again
I have a holiday let house which requires bedding to be cleaned on a weekly basis. Excellent laundry and ironing service. Takes the stress away from me. Sometimes I use the collection and deliver .Staff really friendly and helpful too. Would-not hesitate to recommend natural Laundry
Dreadful - avoid this place like the plague! They ruined a very expensive duvet and then gave us the runaround. The owner was repeatedly asked to contact us to discuss the situation and failed to do so. Having been totally ignored we contacted Trading Standards but as the owner doesn't belong to any of the recognised industry bodies nothing could be done. I think that says it all about him. You have been warned!
I would suggest to avoid them at all cost Gave them my sons blazer which is wool and they ironed on it leaving iron marks all over the place it show how stupid and inexperienced they are, ironing on wool seriously? Need proper training and these things are not cheap to replace Hope your proud for what your company have done
Gave in my husbands suit was a mark on inside lapel which was missed so they “re cleaned” it supposedly. Went to go pick it up and mark was still there! mark could be scraped off Was told by member of staff that even when scraped off and cleaned it would re appear. Told said member i bet I could take mark off with a baby wipe which i did when i went home and mark came off! Wonder if they actually even clean stuff or they just press them and hang them up!!!
