Really lovely food, beautifully presented, very tasty and value for money. Staff are lovely and atmosphere is relaxed. Easy access for wheelchairs and great parking.

This was a late booking and change of plan. But, the atmosphere of the pub is lovely, the menu is extensive and there is plenty of choice. Everyone's starter was very nice,but the main was outstanding. The Best pork belly I've ever eaten and finished off with a very very nice dessert.

Had a lovely lunch here, food and service were excellent. Will definitely return.

Recently had lunch at The Bear, the food was delicious. Products are sourced from the local butcher and the whole menu is homemade. Such a wide range of choice, something for everyone. The staff are very friendly and food came out in a timely manner. Highly recommend if you’re looking to have some good food in Pagham/Bognor area.

Booked for Sunday lunch. Lovely pub , open fire , tv-pool-darts area and restaurant area.  Both had the roast lamb . Very large serving. Seven veg ! Plus toast potatoes and lamb.Absolutly lovely  Had a Berry and apple crumble with custard to share .Again large serving. Would definitely  recommend  and will be returning

Had a booked Sunday lunch . Lovely  traditional  pub. Open fire , pool-darts-tv area. Restaurant  area  plus some seating. Food portions both had roast lamb , were very generous. 7 veg plus roast potatoes and meat. Absolutely  lovely.  Had a apple and Berry crumble with custard to share  again very generous.  Would recommend  and will re-revist .

Had a retirement meal for 11 recently, beautifully prepared table, attentive and lovely staff serving, food was great, on time and orders correct it was a pre-order - the restaurant has a bright and friendly atmosphere with varied choices - I always enjoy eating here - thank you for an enjoyable evening!

We called in for an evening meal and I must admit the burger I had was one of the best I have ever tried.Service was friendly and faultless and the venue is exceptionally presented.I would make this my regular if only I was local.
