Superb seafront cafe! Recommended.  Staying nearby on a Tuesday afternoon in July 2022, and spotted clam chowder on chalkboard outside, so popped in with wife for lunch. We sat outside, right in front of the cafe. Plenty of other seating out front and at side - all with view of beach and sand dunes, and there's transparent acrylic screens providing shelter from the ever present wind. Indoor seating also available. Cute little dog running around, presumably the owners because it was wearing a red Do *Not Feed Me* bib! So, it's dog friendly.  So chowder for two, £7/portion. For me it was creamily superb and filling, with loads of seafood, plenty of potato and two bits of toasted bread - perfectly seasoned and vfm. However, wife thought it was too creamy and too salty so I got half of hers as well!  The Beach Hut happily took payment by  Android pay via my phone, so guess any contactless will work there.  Easy five stars. Thank you!  NB. Cakes looked lovely but I was full. Also licensed for alcohol, and cocktails for £8.50 sounded great. Next time....  Vegetarian options: Vege and vegan catered for, see menu   Kid-friendliness: Kids no problem. It&#39;s a beach facility!   Wheelchair accessibility: All level, wide and accessible outside. Bit tighter inside but staff helpful so should be no problem.   Dietary restrictions: GF options available

Lovely place to eat and reasonably priced. Has seating inside and outside Inside the hut was very authentic looking and decorated as if made with drift wood. Staff were very friendly. Well worth a visit

Lovely meal. Found by chance and lucky we did. Best full English I've had in a long time. Chai latte was 5* aswell. Staff were so friendly. Definately visit if in Great Yarmouth. Lastly whoever did the interior needs to take Laurence Llewelyn-Bowens job  Kid-friendliness: Really good high chair

Great location and views, right by the beach. There seems to be some variation in the quality of food--I've been there twice and while the avocado toast I had was mediocre at best, the breakfast muffin was excellent.

Just love this place!  The food is excellent and really very cheap for beach front.  The milkshakes are unreal! So delicious and again very reasonably priced.  Lovely decor and super friendly people.  It’s dog friendly, which in some places means you can take your dog, but here means your dog is treated like any other customer! A dog menu, doggy disco station outside and water bowls in a few different places.  Really fantastic find. We come every couple of years on boating holidays and always make the walk down from the boat yard for the amazing milkshakes!

The food and milkshakes are so tasty, big portions and reasonably priced. Best food in the area.

Went there twice for lunch during our short getaway.  Lovely food and great setting away from the crowds by the pier and amusements.  The staff were great and very friendly. The food was prepared to order and  arrived quickly.  Great to find somewhere that doesn’t just serve burger, chips and side salad.  Kid also loved all the decorations and alphabet rocks. Will definitely be returning on our next trip.
