We stayed here recently. We were in room #5, which was so stuffy that it was difficult to sleep so we had to keep a window open, which only kept us awake until 3am when the drag racing motorcycles on the road outside finally stopped. Otherwise, the morning staff were very sweet and accommodating. The children who served us breakfast were lovely and took pride in the freshly baked bread and presentation of the food. It's run by a very sweet family, the breakfast is nice, and it's unfortunate that the motorcycles kept us awake.

Absolutely loved my stay here. Easy to find, ideally located and great staff and host. Warwick and his staff made us welcome from the moment we showed up, to the point of us lamenting the realization of not having breakfast with them again as we left Lowestoft. Nothing was too much trouble and He always had time to have a natter with a smile on his face. The B&B itself was clean and tidy, and most importantly - homely. The food at breakfast time was excellent, and the choice of home made breads and jams was a great touch to the menu. The range of available cooked breakfast and cereals, fruits and yoghurts etc was superb. The family room we had is well laid out for a family of 3, or can easily accommodate four if you have a toddler too. En suite, tea & coffee facilities etc and a spacious suite of rooms made for a very pleasant stay. Free parking was easily obtained directly outside the B&B, and on the one occasion it was not, the pay & display car park was ideally located and very cheap. The location meant it was easy enough to find local eateries in the evening, and plenty to do during the day at the beach with the kids. I cannot wait to stay with Warwick and his staff again, and strongly recommend this B&B for the ideal getaway. I am sure that this is one of those B&B's that i will be drawn to again...many times. Myself and my son had a lovely stay at this unique B&B. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Located next to the beautiful sandy beach. They make their own jams and homemade bread. I would definitely stay again. Free wifi and parking. Everything you need is close by.

Our room was very comfortable, lovely sea view. The host was very friendly as was the young lady who served breakfast.

Loved it room clean and tidy breakfast was lovely host and staff polite would recommend to anyone deffo coming back
