The Bay Horse has improved a lot since we last went. Really friendly staff. Many thanks to Nicky who was very helpful and friendly. Knows how to pull a pint too.The Old Peculiar and Landlord were really tasty and kept well by the pub. We hadn’t booked for food but Nicky let us stop at our table and we had the Partridge with Dauphinoise potatoes. Very tasty and a reasonable price. Well done to all at the Bay Horse Masham. Look forward to coming back. All the best from Shirley & Chris. x
Great Real ales!nnRight in the heart of Masham, this pub is a little gem. The menu isn't at all extensive, but it served our needs perfectly.nnStaff were friendly and helpful, serving us with exactly what we needed.nnWe didn't stay here.nnWould recommend and we will be back next time we're passing.
We stayed at The Bay Horse in Masham and had a really nice stay. Our room was spacious and very comfortable, with a good bed and plenty of big pillows. The bathroom was modern and clean, though the shower was quite small.nnThe inn itself is cozy and welcoming, with a classic village pub vibe. It’s located right in the heart of Masham, just a short walk from the main square, which makes it a great base for exploring the town and nearby breweries.nnService was friendly, and overall it was a relaxing and pleasant stay. Would happily return next time we’re in the area!

Recently taken over by Neil and Scott, this is a fabulous place to stay and eat. Super comfortable, super friendly and very high standards throughout. Neil is a superb chef and the food was amazing and reasonably priced. The bar area is quirky, cosy and a great place for a drink and a chat with locals and staff alike. We will be back!
