Made an appointment on the ridiculous app which is not user friendly at all. Then after you make the appointment you get a message saying it had to be confirmed by email.... So what's the point of the app??? My partner brought my son in to get his haircut and was left 15 minutes before being approached and told that there was no appointment booked and that we must have did it right. Very unprofessional, terrible customer service. Maybe should focus on customer service and cutting hair and less in trying to be trendy using an app to book appointments....Service:&nbsp;Scissor cut

I don’t normally give reviews, however Mark and the staff are top class at the barber. Today I got a cut from someone starting off and honestly I’m in love with it. Highly recommend, provides a top class service. Couldn’t be more happier thanks Mark.
