Rating only 4 stars out of 5 as the customer service wasn't brilliant. They are outbound calls only which made things extremely difficult around my working hours, in the sense of being able to get in touch with someone. However, I did enjoy a very relaxing day at the spa and would go again. I had a lava shell massage by a lady called Anna and she was very good at what she does. My friend and I made use of the spa facilities and really enjoyed ourselves.

Tried for 2 weeks to book for my friend's birthday, many times! We needed to check certain things as she's disabled, but no one would answer. Y spa in Wyboston was amazing though!!

I wasn't keen it was based an industrial estate, I personally would prefer a more scenic surroundings. The beauty therapists were great, I enjoyed the treatments. The coffee wasn't all that.  To charge of £8.00 for a spa bag, which included flip flops, towel and a wrap around was over priced. I expected more as it was Ballantynes, but felt the whole experience was a bit of let down.

Absolutely delighted with the service. Had day at the spa with my daughter, as my birthday present. All staff very friendly patience  and helpful. At the reception when we arrived , member of staff Lukas greeted us with smile, been very helpful and informative all the way until we have left few hours later. He even left he's lunch on the table and came to to see us at the reception, while his colleague was busy with other clients. Will definitely be back in the future for more treatments.

Came here when i recieved a spa day 2 for 1 treatment as part of my 21st birthday present. The girls here were lovely, excellent at their jobs in regards to our massages. We made good use of the other facilities available to us. Loved the jacuzzi, did not want to come out.

Had such a wonderful day with my mum as a Mothers Day treat! The staff were very friendly and helpful, the whole place was beautiful and clean and there was plenty to help us relax. Faye and Klaudia did our treatments and were so amazing, never felt so relaxed and happy. The food was also delicious and wasn’t expensive at all. Very happy and will be returning!

Both my partner and I found the massage to be very poor- the pressure was way to light. The facilities are good the sauna and steam room were nice. However they are open to the public and so there were alot of families with children-it should not be advertised as a spa day but access to facilities with a treatment.

Had a really great time with my mum and it was within a good deal. The facilities and treatments were great. The only problem was that the main reception had not told the kitchen about our booked afternoon tea which was part of the deal booked one week before. The lady from the kitchen was very quick preparing our stuff though. Also at the end, the receptionist received our bags and got robes and towels back except from the lock and keys and now I'm having to get out of my way to give it back! A part from these flaws everything was perfect and we had a really great time. I'm definitely coming back.

Fun spa day with 3 friends. Perfect way to catch up and unwind. We all loved the relaxation room soft music, magazines and loungers whilst we were waiting for our treatments. High tea came as part of our package and this was quite generous and treatments were good. The pool/ steam room/ hot tub area was quite overcrowded when we were there Sunday and it was not ideal as there was a fair bit of waiting around, but otherwise great day.

Very helpful staff, had a relaxing time at the spa due to the great facilities Pool, coffee shop, gym and relaxation room Me and my partner also had 2 massage treatments each. Both were very good and they made us feel very relaxed in a calm environment. Also the relaxation room is very nice, haven't seen something like that before with calm music and beds to relax in.
