Unlike commercial bread ours contain only four ingredients; flour, water, yeast and salt. All our breads are low yeast and low salt (1% or less).
We also specialise in sourdough. .Sourdoughs are unyeasted breads which have great health benefits to those who suffer bloating or discomfort from eating processed bread.
Our first breads of the day are ready at 10am but the bakery is open from 9am Tuesday to Friday, feel free to pop in to place and order or see the processes we use. A full selection of bread and cakes are produced throughout the day.
