This review is long overdue!! I have been a customer at Bagel bar Omni for more years than I care to remember . The food is always freshly prepared and served by staff that truly love what they do. My visits here never fail to put me in the happiest of moods . Debbie  the manager and Steacy her daughter make a formidable team , and run a tight ship. It is always spotless. First time at Bagel Bar in Omni Shopping Center, Santry. Halloumi Bagel with Flat white and was really good. Will definitely visit them again soon!

Lovely bagel combo offer, Mexicano chicken, cheese, jalapeños, mayo, lettuce and tomato crisps and a drink for €10.  Hit the spot.  Lovely pancakes, crepes and frappjars too.  Friendly staff.  Will definitely be back at The Bagel Bar.

Just had a lovely late lunch in bagel bar Omni park shopping centre. Service was excellent. Especially Angelina who was very obliging and promptly cleaned a table for me to sit at. She is a very friendly young lady. A breath of fresh air to see and has very good work ethic! Look forward to another visit again soon. Thanks!

Absolutely amazing, warm and friendly staff. Always order the Veggie option and they always have a variety of dairy free alternative milks such as Soya, Almond and Oat. It's nice to have the option of something veggie to eat in a cafe all year round and not just in healthy January. Thank you so much! Delicious.  Vegetarian options: Ate a delicious whole grain bagel with jalapeños, mix veg and their tasty pesto.  Kid-friendliness: Kids love the friendly and chatty staff and of course the hot chocolates!  Dietary restrictions: Dairy free diet

One day my husband and I were shopping at Omni and we decided that we were going to have a coffee at The Bagel bar coffee house, we went to order because we wanted to enjoy that place and what we received was mistreatment and insults from the person in charge of that When ordering coffee, she was annoying and told the girl who took our order not to attend to us, which the girl did not do and continued to take the order. The lady, very annoyed, told us that we had to pay because it was not free. and my husband replied that we had money to pay and then she began to insult us and question our order, she did not care that there were other customers sitting watching and my husband replied that she should relax, there was no reason to get upset and that she was not giving bad service It was when she left her place and she asked us to leave, she yelled at us, she didn't care that we were with my little 2-year-old son, she said very ugly things to us, she is rude, vulgar, offensive, disgusting, discriminate against people  People I really do not recommend this place lousy customer service.

My partner and myself are going to this venue at least 1x to 2x a week. And in general, coming from the wedding industry myself I always have high standards and i am pretty critical , especially when it comes to providing good and respectfull service. Which in all honesty is hard to find nowadays. Or is faked out to the maximum.  However Debbie and her daughter are always there with a smile and make absolutely amazing food and drinks for a good price.   and provide the best service in the Omni shoping center. They know your names, what you want to have and whats most important they have pride in their work, while working hard to keep things up to high standards levels as they have and most of all they are having fun.  And I can't give anything less then 5 stars.  Good work and see you next time!
