Read an article by Ashford Council after the FSA did routine check on hygiene and this restaurant failed dramatically. Its really sad to see that people fail to keep hygiene levels at restaurants high and risk of cross contamination and filthy floors for a good reputation. Short cuts. Feel like throwing upFood: 1/5

By partner and l have had 2 meals delivered to our home from this restaurant and they were both delicious, couldn't ask for more
It's not the best meal I've had here. I ordered a takeaway, and I was told it would be 45 minutes 45 minutes later. I got there only to wait another half hour, no apologyFood: 3/5
Delicious meal. I had chicken dopiaza and a friend had tikka masala. Both excellent and served by efficient, polite staff. I highly recommend this restaurant and will most certainly eat there again when I'm in Tenterden. Ten out of ten for everything.
Hair in food, + very greasy. I would normally be giving this place a 5 star. But tonight came with good and bad feelings. We have always got our Indian food here, I use to live in the highstreet so this was a regular for us . But tonight was out first time Back in 2 years since we moved and had a baby . We got a take away as its our anniversary and wanted to share tonight with our daughter at home. But the food was not up to par. Firstly the chicken tikka masala and chicken tikka with no sauce was as always delicious. But that's where it stopped tonight. The veg rice was greasy and alot of potatoes,And not a full container of rice . The saag aloo was tasteless and greasy The starter platter is not worth the money and was all very chew and greasy. Very small servings. The stuffed naan had a grey hair inside the dough so was thrown after taking just one bite. Will have to improve alot before I return again. Which is a shame as staff are very friendly and the restaurant looks amazing inside.
