I attended my first session today at The Back Clinic. From the minute I even booked the appointment to the minute I left was a polite, relaxed, professional & reassuring experience. The ladies on reception were very welcoming. Adam, my chiropractor was welcoming, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. I am personally a very logical person so I love to know and I feel more relaxed when I know how things work. Adam was very thorough with his explanations, detailed the reason why he was doing each examination which ultimately give more insight into why my back was not at its best than I had in the last 5 years under a GP. My top priority goal for attending the practice was actually reassurance, even from only 1 session I can now see the road to recovery. Thank you all
Brilliant service. from my very first visit, I was impressed. I've suffered with lower back pain and neck pain for years. On my first visit, Dr. George went through my consultation. My second visit was a breakdown of his findings and treatment plan. Everything was extremely detailed and very interesting. After my first treatment, I can already feel a difference my mobility has improved I'm sleeping better highly recommend the Back clinic. They are amazing!!
I saw Dr Nina today, although it was my first visit I was very impressed with the whole service, from arriving at the reception to Dr Nina’s care. She took a lot of time with me and I feel like I was understood. I feel hopeful that my issues will be sorted at the clinic.
Highly recommend!! Very friendly, efficient staff. I’ve been suffering lower back and neck pain and stiffness for years and after 5 sessions, I’m already feeling much more mobile I can look over my shoulder in the car without turning my entire upper body for the first time in years!! less pain/headaches and have much more energy. Zandra is very professional and knowledgable. X-rays were explained in detail - learned so much about why I’d been in pain all this time!! Treatment is quick and effective.
After suffering chronic pain for years I was told about the practice and booked myself in for a review and consultation.nThe assessment was thorough and a treatment plan put in place.nThe results have been life changing and Dr Frederica treatment, advice and knowledge has just been superb and I can’t thank you enough.nJust brilliant service.
