Very professional and everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Although I still have a way to go, I have every confidence in Dr Nina at getting me straightened out and out of pain over the course of my treatments. I'm also impressed at the speed everything has happened. Appointment booked on a Thursday, assessment including X-rays the following Tuesday, results and first treatment the next day and clear instructions as to what I need to do. Being able to book several appointments in one go is very useful when you lead a busy life.
What a wondertul practice. So pleased with my progress with Dr Nina. She is absolutely brilliant and I know I'm in safe hands. Such a thorough process, i can't recommend Dr Nina and The back clinic highly enough. It’s so clean and everything is very hygienic. I now understand why my back was behaving like it was and I have my own at home exercises that I can help myself with. The staff are all so lovely, it's really friendly and welcoming. I enjoy chatting with the reception ladies and gent before I go in for my treatments. A really great experience all round.
I had my initial assessment with Dr Nina Moore who was incredible. She was clear with all the questions she asked but also really good at explaining why she was asking them. I felt like she did a super thorough job with everything and I left feeling listened to, supported and confident that she was going to help me. Not just for the pain I came in for, but with a holistic overview of my body and health. I would recommend booking with Nina to anybody.
My Chiropractor Dr Nina Moore is excellent. From the minute I met her she has been wonderful. She is a kind and caring professional who knows what she is doing. Every appointment she makes me feel better physically and mentally even by just talking to me! I can’t thank her enough for helping me on my journey and easing my pain most of all!! 10/10 would definitely recommend!!
I started going here after my wife bought me a voucher for my first appointment.nI've had neck and back problems for quite a while but have been reluctant to go to see anyone about just putting it down to age and lifestyle. I also had regular headaches and occasional migraines.nnAll the staff at the back clinic are very welcoming and friendly, and can't do enough to help. They made me feel very comfortable from my first appointment.nnI have been seeing Dr Nina and even though I am only half way through my initial treatment I can already feel the benefits in my flexibility and pain, the frequency of my headaches has also greatly reduced.nnDr Nina is fantastic, she made me feel very comfortable from our first appointment, she always greets you with a smile and makes the appointments feel very relaxed. She is also happy to answer to any questions along the way no matter how random!, and is obviously very knowledgeable!nnshe was very thorough in her initial assessment and explained everything along the way. This has continued throughout my adjustment appointments, they are painless and Nina always lets me know what she is doing and how things are progressing.nnI would highly recommend the back clinic and Dr Nina
