This car park is part of the Lexicon shopping centre.nThere are lots of parking spaces.nPlenty of disabled spaces and charge points for electric cars.nThere are toilets nearby and a number of pay points.
It’s up there as far as Car Parking goes, the card machines are the only thing that let it down for sure.nnMultiple Levels so plenty of parking, and very well spaced.nNever worry about my car when parking here.nnANPR cameras to scan your reg, you still need to collect a ticket when coming through but not needed when leaving.nnPrices are pretty reasonable as well.nMinimum £1.60, going up by around £1.30 per additional hour.
Very hard to park at the weekends particularly for blue badge holders as there are only a few and all seem to be in use all the time. We waited and one became available after about 10 mins.

Had a bad experience this evening with the voice operator once leaving.nParking itself is great, never had an issue - visit regularly.nnFor context, after 6pm it’s £2.10 until 7am*nnPaid to leave, and my little one has had an accident - so we’ve gone to get her cleaned up. Once trying to leave, my car parking was expired so I’ve pressed the help button to explain.nnWith this, I’m greeted with a ‘you need to pay again’ even though it’s the same price until the morning. Once I explained this, he says ‘okay well I only come here in the day not night so I wouldn’t know’ which in itself I thought was pretty poor.nnHe asked my reasoning for overstaying, which I explained and he went on to tell me ‘you need to make sure you aren’t hanging around chatting to your friends and leave once you’ve paid’ although it was me and my niece. He was already made aware of the reason, why are you bringing irrelevant factors into it?nnI re-explained, and he asked if I was visiting a restaurant - which was irrelevant in hindsight. I told him the answer and he told me to not overstay and I wouldn’t have this problem.nnIt all cost the same from now til the morning so the fact I was asked to repay was a joke.nnI thought this whole interaction was pretty unprofessional, lacking general knowledge and empathy for a situation which was out of my control. He was rude from the get go and I’ve never had an issue here before. I recommend some better training for this individual as they’re clearly lacking it.
