I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the treatment my friends and I received at The Attic Adult Club in Derby. After traveling all the way from Birmingham, we were met with unprofessional and downright rude behavior from the club staff. Upon arrival, we were informed that only two of us could enter as single males, which we respected and tried to comply with. However, when two of us attempted to enter, we were unjustly denied entry again, and were even threatened with a ban if we tried again. The staff's actions were not only disrespectful but also completely unfair, showing no regard for our time, effort, or enjoyment. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and it reflects very poorly on the club's management and policies
I am writing to formally complain about the unacceptable treatment my friends and I experienced at The Attic Adult Club in Derby. After making the trip from Birmingham, we were shocked by the rude and dismissive attitude of the staff, particularly a bald staff member who was especially unhelpful. Despite following their instructions when told that only two of us could enter as single males, we were still denied entry when we attempted to comply. To make matters worse, we were threatened with a ban if we tried again, which was completely uncalled for. The lack of respect and courtesy shown to us was appalling and has left a very negative impression of your establishment. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and needs to be addressed immediately.
The new club is big and spacious. I visited during the day so it was quiet and not many clientele in. Tends to be middle age 40s 50s 60s upwards !
Went for my first night on a less busy night. Unfortunately. Because they had an event going the next night and people were going to that. Saying that it was still fun!
Nice but crowded...lots of men a couple of couples .You have to wear very smart casuals to get in,unlike other Adult clubs were it's a towel etc.Parking was ok.
