I really like the school. Once i left my bag on the train and they understood. The only thing I don't like is Mr. Harrison's enthusiasm. He is always bored and sort of angry. Anyway I love the school.

The school did stay with us on their  school trips to Boppard till 2015. As an advice to other hotels. Do not offer accommodation to this school. Disaster.  Staff not in control but children. Lot of damage and bad manners

I was at Ashcombe all the way through from Year 7 to Upper Sixth and it was great. Most of the teachers are fantastic at their jobs and almost everyone in my year achieved very highly - even a couple have gone to Oxford/Cambridge.

Not an awful school, however a majority of the teachers are unreliable, unhelpful and even insulting towards other students, the supported learning units were almost useless, being told to go there by one teacher, then being kicked out by another, there didn't seem to any professional communication between the staff, bullying is a common factor in most schools, particularly this one,  not much about it from what I saw. Also my parent was told I was getting Action+ support in my lessons which was not true, certainly was not a good experience.
