This is a first-rate coffee lounge. We had coffee there on the 20th of March and then returned for lunch the same day. The decor inside is unusual and really interesting. The food was excellent, and the service was quick . The staff are extremely pleasant and polite.  We will certainly return as soon as we can.  Kid-friendliness: There were plenty of people with young people.  Parking: More than ample parking.  Wheelchair accessibility: The coffee lounge is wheelchair friendly with suitable toilets

There's nothing about this place that isn't perfect! Location, absolutely lovely staff, great food,  even the seats are unbelievably comfortable. Lovely atmosphere, just the right "amount" of background music. Decor lovely, tables nicely spaced. Have I missed anything!? First time visit and don't live in the area sadly but I'll definitely return next time I'm up this way. Lovely!

What a great find this place was. A chiller in the entrance area had a brilliant choice of cakes to accompany our drinks. Background music made our visit very relaxing even though we had the children with us. Staff were very friendly today and we have already looked at going back sooner rather than later.

Been here a few times, it's always busy which is good to see. Food always tastes fresh and flavoursome. Drinks are really good as well. Staff are friendly and attentive once they come round to you.

Visited today at lunch time,  lovely food, really nice setting.  Service was a little slow, but understandable with being a bank holiday and the place being full.  Staff were very pleasant, when our order was missing something, we asked and it was sorted straight away. Loving the responses to negative reviews as well, have been having a chuckle about them.

Visited today food was very tasty however service was very slow, it took 20 minutes for a Diet Coke and lemonade to arrive and 45 minutes from order for a panini to arrive, I understand there are people in front of us however 45 minutes is abit long. The staff also didn’t seem to know what number the tables were and wondered around aimlessly until someone said the food was theirs. Would visit again if the service improved!

We had a New York Deli sandwich on seeded bread with homemade coleslaw and salad. It was great, the bread was absolutely fresh and delicious, almost too much for us. The chairs were so comfortable and the lounge was so airy although they were quite full.Food: 5/5

Visited this place today and it is absolutely lovely here. Staff were friendly, the place is very clean and decorated really nice too. Food is nice and priced reasonable would visit again

Toast burnt on 2 occasions One of my poached eggs undercooked. I expect better for the prices. Further to this review. Clearly the best form of defense is Attack where this business is concerned. The nasty response I have recieved was uncalled for as I am entitled to make observations regarding value for money and service. For your information I do not use Facebook because its too small minded. I will elaborate on my previous comments regarding the food. It is not my job to tell you how to bring food to the table, whether burnt or not or under cooked as was my egg. Some of us vote with our feet and don't use the venue again. The prices charged are above what I would have expected for the goods supplied. Whereas I am perfectly happy to pay these prices I expect the food and service to be in comparison. I hope you take this on board and change your attitude toward customers in future. Regarding face to face discussion as you mentioned, I think your reaction proves my point in not mentioning this at the time.
