I have lived in Perth for 6 years now and in that time I have become a loyal and regular customer of Aladdin’s, ordering at least once a week. Since the fire and subsequent move to Methven Street, I have experienced a rapid decline in all areas - customer service, quality of food, portion sizes, delivery times etc. Since September 2017 it has been particularly bad, with my orders arriving at least 45 minutes to an hour later than the estimated 45-60 minute time told on the phone. 

The customer service has also become shockingly bad. The men who answer the phone are just downright road and cannot complete simple tasks such as card payments. The girls, who I’ve always had a warm welcome from, have suddenly become unkind, rude and argumentative over the phone. 

6 of my last 10 orders have been wrong in some way and I have not been offered a refund or replacements. Every order since September has been 45 minutes late at least and cold. 

I sadly won’t be ordering again!

I ordered  a home delivery I phoned at 6.20 and still has no delivery at 7.30 phoned twice to see what was happening she said she would track the driver then call me back after 10 mins still no call back and when I phoned again someone else explained they were busy because of mothers day so how come they never explained that when I phoned in for an order will not be using their home delivery service again. Disappointed is what I am

Meal from there last night chicken curry couldn't chew the chicken was so over cooked 2 pizzas both under cooked & doughy highly don't recommend 😑

I live in southampton and come to perth 2-3 times a year. My favourite stop has always been aladdins.  Up until now they have served the best madras curry....sadly this time they have changed the recipe. I was so disapointed. I hope next time I come up the curry will be back to the usual standard.
