7 Star, bespoke, stunning service. I can honestly say these guys are true professionals, Luke was amazing, he knew what stage everyone in the chain where up to at all times and kept us fully informed. Not your average 9-5pm agent making themselves available out of hours. Luke even answered my call when abroad on his holidays! he was happy to talk to me and provide an update, nothing was to much trouble, I cannot recommend them highly enough, they really are in a league of their own.
I cannot thank The Agents enough for the whole sales process. Everyone is professional, courteous and extremely hard working. Olivia was a real superstar, especially when it came to the last few weeks and days leading up to exchange and completion. She drove the whole chain on to make it happen. Thank you again.

Highly efficient and professional service. Everybody knows moving house can be a stressful experience. Having bought and sold a house with Terrie at The Agents, I can honestly say we had a brilliant experience. We were extremely impressed with the write up and pictures for our house and we weren’t the only ones. We had offers on the first day and it went to best and final offers achieving over the asking price. Terrie also helped us find our dream home showing us around the property and providing useful information about the local area. Terrie is a proactive agent, she regularly contacted solicitors and kept on top of things right up until we collected the keys. I honestly think if it wasn’t for how on the ball she was we may not have completed when we did. Terrie took the stress out of the move and completed to our strict deadline. I would highly recommend a sale and purchase with The Agents. An exemplary service.
Amazing, Committed & Result Driven, well above all! My experience with "The Agents" is nothing less than an extraordinary journey where service delivered was over and above what you would expect from any property agents hence the reason they call themselves consultants and they have all reasons to do that. Terrie's focus in getting to the bottom of any challenge is worth commending and I can't recommend "The Agents" and especially Terrie highly enough here. Terrie don't find herself restricted to anything and will not stop at anything till she has a solution or a way forward which is exactly what we needed in our sale. Well done to the team and of course Terrie above all.
Terrie is an Agent we would use again, if we ever sell again. Selling a home can be an emotionally taxing experience, especially if you actually love the property, as we did. Terrie was sensitive to us throughout and we recommend her for that, as well as for her expertise is selling high end property.
I can only comment on Olivia. Hard working, professional and actually added real value to using an estate agent. Thank you Olivia.
