Not your average Pub , atmosphere was fantastic and the bar menu was unreal , I ordered a few things to share with my friends and was out of this world …… defo be visiting again :Food: 5/5
Nice pub, very well refurbished. Had food about a month ago, wasn't overly impressed tbh, but good service and nice place for a drink. Kid-friendliness: Kids play area and a room with kids stuff in.
Lovely local pub with great food, the steak was amazing. Dog friendly too!Food: 5/5
Amazing local pub! Everyone in there staff and customers was super friendly and the food was fantastic. Reasonably priced, nice, cosy and quiet. Definitely a huge recommendation from us. Dog friendly too which is a huge bonus!
Lovely food and service, generous portions and tasty fare. We ordered cheese to share for dessert all I can say is WOW lots of different cheeses ,olives and pickles, enough to keep us going for a day or two ! Richard, the landlord happily packaged up what we couldn't eat in recyclable containers for us to take home !
Live band was good but the staff we under experienced, rude and have no people skills. The bar manager was the only one running around doing anything. The girl who took our order sat chewing gum whilst talking and when we queried where our condiments were she turned to her colleague and said we ‘give him chance he hasn’t even left the kitchen yet’. This is rude and not expected from our local pub which used to be so nice and friendly
Delicious steak dinner perfectly cooked, very friendly staff, quick service and good bar optionsFood: 5/5
Really nice place however our experience this evening was one of the worst I've had when having a meal out which spoilt birthday celebrations, the waitress just didn't listen to what we wanted, sauces ordered came out when meal was half eaten as it was only like warm in the first place, had to query the bill 3 times as extras added, we proceeded to leave after paying the price for the waitress to come running out in the carpark as she hadn't charged the correct amount on the card machine which was a total embarrassment!
After a 3 hour walk in the sun today I was ready for a beer and food so I took a chance with what turned out to be a lovely pub. There was a nice atmosphere and the Tandoori Chicken Panini with a pint of Tiger Beer went down really well. I left to head back home, a happy man.
Lovely pub with a great outdoor space and great decor and staff. Always a good pintFood: 5/5
