I paid under £200 for home and contents last year, and was disgusted they tried to auto renew me for over £700!! I phoned up and asked if this is some sort of joke, and was rudely told that the insurer 'doesnt want my custom'. Kelly Windgreen also went on to say I could get insurance with them for £580 or £320 excluding floods. I can get it way cheaper elsewhere so declined. They continued to email me indicating they were going to renew my documents eventhough Id categorically told them I wouldnt be, and so had to email again. Was given a copy paste list of various excuses such as covid, and brexit to try and justify the price increase, both of which happend years ago and some lame excuse about fuel prices eventhough this is home insurance not car- clutching at straws much. She also gave me 2 completely different inflated figures now saying its £979 the highest nonsensical figure ive had so far or £483.38 without floods- an increase of about £150 since the phonecall a day or so before. Proof that they just make up figures as they go along. She promised to remove me off the mailing list, but never did as a continue to get spam from them saying about getting my insurance documents online, which indicates to me that they are going to go ahead and try and renew my insurance without my consent. If they abuse my bank info and I see unsolicited charges on my bank account I will not hesitate to lodge a chargeback. A disusting money hungry company with a poor level of customer service who clearly dont give a toss if youve been a loyal customer for years and will readily make up nonsensical prices to get rid of you. Have asked for all my data to be removed a second time but wont hold my breath at this actually being actioned this time.

Terrible company renew your policy without telling you and finance as well and the price doubled avoid this company
