All police are very polite! The police officers in charge of my case are very professional! They express extreme sympathy for my experience, and collect evidence from various sources to assist in handling my case. I was unfortunately robbed by thieve and felt unhappy in my heart. But I found good police officers investigating this case, and the whole process was very professional, which I appreciate very much. Wanted to thank the 2 police officers 1male and 1 female who have helped keeping my daughter safe last night /early morning at Reading Station and brought her home safely after she lost her phone and cards. Also a good samaritan who helped her to get in touch with the police. Can't thank you all enough.
Sorry to say on a drunken night your not going to end up here or even get processed here London valley now as cells are not in use. The service you will receive here are reporting an offence or any sign in. The staff are willing to help wiv anything but they have not time for jokes.
My experience was good - got to see the underground carpark and drive around with the flashing lights and siren on. The reporting lost property experience was wierd, though - the guy really really wanted to check that the wallet contained SIGNIFICANT QUANTITIES OF CASH, probably for TOTALLY INNOCENT reasons before he would accept it.
Rude police officers they don't give you a chance to explain your side of the story also if your house gets broken into they take 4 hours to respond and give pathetic excuses for it like they were busy speaking to teenagers who were gathered in a park. Absolute waste of tax payers money! I don't ring them anymore and give myself justice even if i have to use violence i just do it because the police never help me

Thames Valley Police station looking after all area on Reading and its boarder's. Tackling crime of all sorts using a lot of CCTV to catch and prevent crime.
Bunch of lazy criminal gang members themselves.. spend more time eating in offices than on the streets stopping actual crime.. absolutley pathetic at the tasks in hand! Deserve nothing.
Had a "domestic argument", had committed no crime, and they said the 2nd time they were called out they would escort me and throw me in a cell over no crime actually being committed, telling me they could come for me in handcuffs and drag me out of me whether they had to spray me with CS or even tazer me, very rude, and uncompassionate to my situation.
