Absolutely angry regarding the car  park function eldnSaturday 25th that completely  blocked all disabled parking which caused great hardship for not only my husband but several other disabled  people.nAttention  should be paid when allowing function yo use space allocated to the less fortunate.nJoyce Madle   1 lynnens view Oakley.
