Staff was courteous and accommodating. Location was clean and inviting. The massage area was not a private room exactly, but was a space separated by curtains. Thankfully i was the only customer at the time. I received an aromatherapy full body massage that was very relaxing.  Only wish they allowed you to get completely undressed of provided underwear to help facilitate the massage instead of getting oils all on my briefs.

Had a wonderful facial here. Lovely atmosphere. Very relaxing experience. Was kept informed all the way through about the stages of the treatment and given recommendations. My skin felt and looked fabulous after the hour long treatment. Will definitely return.

I love my massages with the ladies at Thai Touch. They really do have magic hands. They manage to find all those niggling little knots and I always feel amazing afterwards. The salon  is always absolutely spotless and we are always greeted with a warm smile . The staff are calming and friendly . And I can feel myself relaxing even just walking into the salon. We have been visiting Thai Touch  regularly for about 2 years now and I can't imagine going anywhere else. Joy and her ladies are the best.  Keep up the good work ladies, you are amazing

As someone who's spent thousands on massage therapists for my pain issues in London, Thai Touch was an eye-opening experience.  I visited this past weekend at the recommendation of my partner and booked with Deedee, who is easily one of the best massage therapists I've come across. She's extremely skilled and has an innate ability to identify & relieve pain. She also picked up that I have sciatica, which later was confirmed by my Doctor the following day.  100% would recommend again the next time I visit Ely.

What a wonderful massage! I felt very relaxed and welcome and the lady who did my massage was excellent. I had a lot of aches and pains and left feeling much more relaxed. All the staff are very friendly, will definitely be back.

Great salon, clean, knowledgeable and  friendly team. I’ve been a couple  of times recently for dermilogica facials and was given a warm reception both times with clear information and guidance deciding how best to treat my skin type hyper sensitive.  Of the salons in the Ely area, I’d highly recommend Thai Touch. Next time I’m having my brows done and another 60min dermilogica facial, I’ll report back.

I had the most amazing experience yesterday..'NITTA' gave me East Meets West/Thai Oil Massage..it was just out of this world. I felt great after having this treatment, slept amazingly and woke up this morning feeling revitalized and a new woman..Thank you 'Nitta' I will definitely be back

Fantastic service from the moment you enter until you leave. A very calm & peaceful place. Really professional staff. I had the 60 min facial with Joy. She was so knowledgeable & professional, a very therapeutic experience. My face feels absolutely amazing afterwards. Also given some really helpful advice for ongoing skin care. Would highly recommend & definitely will be back . Thank you so much

I recently booked a Warm Bamboo for my Wife and she's hands down described it as the best massage she's ever had. Very conveniently located in the center of Ely, and staff really friendly and courteous to deal with.
