Delicious food - good service - very simple and good dishes. However when sitting there for a birthday party once it was very cold upstairs despite we were inside with the windows closed. Aside from this, professional business.

The delivery driver had no change. Once we managed to find some after hunting round the house we were given our food. We then found that they had missed out the egg fried rice (which we had been charged for). After phoning they said they were very busy and it would take a long time to get it to us. I understand that mistakes happen, but it’s how you deal with them that counts and Thai One’s attitude was very poor. My advice is try somewhere else!

I was honest at the end of the meal... When asked by the waiter, I told him that everything was good except my wife's main which didn't have any flavour - he chuckled and said, "yes, everyone says that about that dish"... Maybe stop serving it then?

Very dated and run down. Seats are torn and stained. Food just ok. Should have know when the menu came out on just some laminated A4. This is not the place to go for a romantic or dressed up night out.
