 Quite a pleasure really, as it was a Friday evening without a reservation. Nothing like a spontaneous dining decision  Now we got a booth this time as we were in a party of 3 which we always prefer. For our main course , we actually all had the 'Surf, Turf & Rack. All Medium Rare Steaks and they were cooked to perfection. My only gripe was one of the steaks had a bit of gristle on my wife's but it was only about 2 bites worth would have returned it if we had noticed it earlier, but we did mention it at the end. Overall the food was exquisite with the Steaks, Prawns, and Ribs cooked perfectly. Fries were great as well as the side salad I had. Legendary Glaze all the way! The only thing we didn't care much for was the Garlic bread side which was a bit heavy on the garlic and parsley and we do like garlic. The background music was not too loud and was a great compilation to listen to. The service was pretty good overall and the staff was always respectful and pleasant while staying professional at all times with a smile. I have enjoyed TGI's for a very long time and though I don't go regularly, they never disappoint. Just remember to bring some cash  to leave as a tip as they can't take tips by card. FYI, expect to spend in the region of around £30+ per person without alcoholic drinks. Anyway, I do hope you have a great experience as we did tonight.

We dined here last night for a Bday celebration and it was totally shambolic to say the least. The plates came out dirty time after time and how is this fair to boost post covid confidence, as its totally unhygienic. Our starters were good, however the main course was soggy, cold and seemed not fresh. On letting the manager know she was not keen to listen to feedback and replied its a personal opinion. Unclean plates, soggy burger and cold food is not personal opinion!!! No cake or bday celebration done in-spite of being booked for bday while online booking had stated that. I urge you to train your staff to take criticism  not personally but positively as we are regular customers and would not visit hereafter. Some pics attached, and we paid over 100£ for this, never again. Thanks

I ordered chicken quesadilla, Mac and cheese bites and sesame chicken strips and I’m absolutely disappointed of everything. All the food was microwaved , in my boyfriend plate was very old and dry salad , I waited for 50min for attention from the staff service. The plates were too hot to touch them. I understand they are busy as we came at time with two birthdays parties but the quality of the food is unexpectedly bad. My fish chicken quesadilla was 95% onion and the rest with a little bit of chicken :/// Unfortunately I’ve sent it back all my food . I won’t come back or recommend to a friend. I’m not Gourmet cook but it’s not complicated to know and understand the good food.

I booked a Table here for a proposal to my partner and i must say what a wonderful amazing job Laura and her team did they really went above and beyond to make the ocassion special . All the staff were polite and friendly always smiling and the food was amazing . I will definately be visiting here again

Always love a good tgi's because its great food. But tonight the service was so slow took 20 minutes for drinks orders and ordered food at same time. Wait about 35 minutes for food so not too bad but when it did arrive the salad that we got given with the chicken was all brown hard and wilted. Overall tonight wasnt great as another customer even complained about something. Not a great place to go if you are on a time frame.

Updated review:  The menu is expanded back to normal and the food is still great, but service was very poor until the manager stepped in and took over.  Food was late and wrong with bits missing, things we ordered weren't delivered to the table and we had to ask several times for missing items like cutlery.  I've revised my review to 3 stars, as the food really was very nice. Service needs to improve markedly though.

The food was absolutely amazing! Staff were excellent! Especially when my daughter didn't like the strawberry milkshake they happily swapped it for apple juice. The new garlic fries are incredible. Literally like garlic Kiev sauce on fries! A must try!!

Visited for my son's birthday this week, we had a lovely evening, food was good and staff were helpful and friendly. My only criticism of the evening is my son was disappointed with his ultimate birthday sundae, having shared one with his cousin  4 weeks previously, he thought he knew what he would receive, he wasn't so much disappointed with the choice of flavour which had also changed from chocolateto strawberry but was looking forward to the sparkler in the cake but all he got was a tiny candle even though the sparkler was advertised I did say I was nit picking but think we could have been asked if we minded that they had no sparklers.

The guy serving us was very fun! It was quite busy when we went. The wait for food was around 30-45 minutes, but it was worth the wait. The food was so tasty, especially the chicken! We ordered the dessert plate which was fantastic!Food: 5/5

Went to celebrate my sons 1st birthday, booked online saying I will need a highchair and that we’re celebrating his birthday. Showed up and waited 10 minutes at the door for someone to seat us even though there were only 2 other customers in the restaurant. Got seated and given menus but no highchair, we asked for a highchair and the lady didn’t even understand what we were asking for and then we eventually got a highchair 20 minutes after being seated which was half and hour after arriving at this point we were the only customers but staff were more interested in cleaning other tables. Then waited another 10 minutes to place drink and food order where no where came over so we left. Highly disappointed as this was my sons 1st birthday dinner and then we had to go and find another restaurant at the last minute. Won’t be returning.
