Excellent service from Maddie and good unlimited chicken wings, both the hoisin and spicy ones were tried. Good deal as they just keep bringing more out when you are nearly finished. Will definitely come back in the future!
Chicken wings great, nachos disgusting for price, not many and soggy. Drinks tasted nice but I think it's appalling that you can only buy 2 cocktails and at a cost of £18! My partner was driving, I wanted 1 more drink but couldn't u.less I paid for 2! Why pretend d you are getting a drink free when they were about £8 -£9 each before? This is encouraging drinking or in my case losing custom! Tgi you should be ashamed!
Visited 17/12: disappointed. I’ve always had really good experiences here and particularly at this TGI. I’ve been coming here for years and spent key celebrations here but this visit was disheartening.nWe arrived on the Sunday evening when it was very quiet inside but we were left standing in the foyer area for a while before my mum had to flag a member of staff down for them to notice us despite various staff walking past us. The table wasn’t even ready for us so were told “two minutes,” which turned into a further five- I’m disabled so had to sit down on my walker while we waited. Our server was ok- not rude but not friendly and certainly not the standard you expect at TGI. We had dinner and it was ok- u don’t think it justified the price we paid. I had said we were celebrating too and although the server acknowledged we were celebrating nothing ever happened with that beyond at the end she bought a slice of cake over and said “who’s the person celebrating?” and that was it.nI guess it’s no longer the place to go to celebrate or expect the happy and fun vibes it used to give. Perhaps it’s now just your average run of the mill grill and we expect too much.nWheelchair accessible entrance and toilets.nPs- £18 for two cocktails?!?!?!
Had a lovely meal here with my son, pretty typical American Diner food, and tasty. Would def go again
We stopped in for a quick dinner and we’ve been left feeling totally ripped off, despite them taking one meal off the bill.nnThe menu I was given was sticky and generally everything was a bit grubby.nnKids meal was a dry burger that my little one removed from the bun and left most of. They did provide some fresh fruit for desert which was by far the nicest thing we were served. We were charged for the kids meal despite it being advertised as free when you download their app.nnMy steak was nothing like described in the menu, it was thin, chewy, dry and hard to cut up. Chips had unpleasant taste to them. I left most of it and thank goodness we were not charged the £26 for it.nnLoaded potato skins were tasty enough, although lacking in toppings and more like potato wedges. We didn't realise until after we got the bill that we had ordered a sharing portion that was £15, it just looked like a single portion.nnThe only thing passable was the burger which was an insane price.nnThe prices for the quality of the food on offer is just shocking. We’ve spent less on dinner at the Ivy!nnThe only redeeming feature were the friendly staff who seemed to be doing their best with a terrible menu.
