It was a very good experience. Although we didn't have a reservation, they let us in within 20min. The staff are very friendly, to the extent that the manger came to take our order due the high volume of people. We ordered chicken fingers, cheeseburger, and boneless chicken wings. The chicken fingers dish was fine, like frozen chicken fingers that are sold in the supermarket. The cheeseburger and boneless chicken wings were good though.
it was okay. we ordered the vegan burger, which was pretty expensive - £12.50 with fries and sauce. It was quite nice actually, with a really thick meat-style patty. Inside is tomato, pickled red onions, lettuce, mushrooms. You can ask the waiter to have it without the mushrooms, tomato etc. Service is excellent, what you'd expect for £75. we also ordered the BBQ bean nachos, which were really nice. they contained spicy jalapeños both red and green, the beans of course and guacamole. the environment for a night out is really nice. you wouldn't go every day and it's a good treat. in terms of vegan options, I do think they could offer more.
Was lovely food my 1st time here so my husband told.me what was nice. He didnt fail either . Will def be back . Catered for.my mushroom. Allergy also . Staff couldn't do enough
It was my first time visiting there 18 January. the food was very good, the price is reasonable for a restaurant with good service. However the poster and the menu did not state it clear that the cocktails deal was only available with the same choice. The staff didn’t remind us either. Only till we get the bill, we asked why is it £6-7 more expensive then they explained to us the deal has to be with the same drink but it weren’t stated anywhere. It feels a bit false advertising like.
Had a lovely meal and a great experience in here tonight, staff were brilliant and friendly especially our server Lauren, food was spot on and the mocktails were fantastic, highly recommend and can't wait to go backFood: 5/5
We visited TGI Fridays after shopping in the Metro Centre as we wanted some American food. While its food is not quite the same as the ones in America, it’s still worth a visit.
Excellent service from Lauren, and fabulous sesame chicken strips with their JD glaze! Just what we needed after a serious shopathon in the Metro Centre.Food: 5/5
I always love the sesame chicken and again was spot on. Great portion sizes. And our waitress was amazing with our 2yr daughter, making her feel included with the ordering and even making her a dog balloon. 100% recommend.Food: 5/5
Very polite staff. Extremely vigilant with food allergens. Food was hot and very well prepared. Joe the server was very well mannered. Excellent service. Kept our drinks topped up. Quite expensive but was an early birthday treat. Would go back. Photos are of Garlic Chicken, Sesame Chicken and Rump steak Fajitas. Very good.
Been here a few times recently and was impressed but today, was truly awful. Firstly seated next to a huge fan, so had to move, then served reheated chip which were barely warm and like cardboard, my salad was limp shredded lettuce. We complained and were offered 25% off our meal. No apology or explanation, the manager unfairly left the young server to deal with us. Very unprofessional, still hungry.. won't ever return
