Today I had a bad encounter from the blonde larger lady behind the till. Everyone is normally super nice in there, I dunno why she was so rude and grumpy. I feel shes also treated me like this in the past that's why I'm writing...maybe she has a problem with European vehicles? Seriously needs to treat people better and definitely take a course on customer service!
Ride and unhelpful staff on duty 02/01/26 ..lady manager rudest attendant i have ever come across.
Unusually large blonde woman behind the counter needs some customer service training as shouted at me and my boyfriend to hurry up while we were choosing a drink and was extremely passive aggressive. However her dedication to her extremely insignificant job is truly remarkable.
Small forecourt and very busy so I couldn't get to a pump to buy fuel. I parked on the road and went into the shop to buy a drink. The shop is also small and only sells basic items but the cashier was very nice.
Helpful, friendly and always polite staff
