Really bad service. No cash point and you have to buy something minimum of £5 to get cash back. Come out of the Stone Age and Soto being selfish and thinking about yourself. I have to go collect my car from 15 minutes walk and then put fuel in and then get cashback was very disappointed.

Staff are rude and customer care is not to the level it should be.......I was trapped in car wash recently , with no assistance from the staff even to beeping my horn.......I had to edge my car forward to be able to get out safely (but then it would not have been safe if the car wash would have started again) in the process of this panic madness my car was damaged! A complaint to the head office is in progress!

Very rude teller. I was havn to collect someone from afar and they foned me as i pulled  in the station i was going to finish the call b4 pumping gas and i hadnt really parked yet and he shouted down the tanoy to turn it off.. in so many words.
