I went to get a coffee from the machine, and gently used side of my foot to open bin to put in sugar sachets. Then a thin woman who looked in her 50s with short blonde hair came storming over, shouting to not kick the coffee machine. The bin isn't the coffee machine and I wasn't kicking it anyway, so I left the cup and didn't bother buying the coffee. I tried to avoid being served by her again, but went against my better judgement when she was the only one available, and she started saying things about me out loud as I was going, so I said to her that I will complain to the management, but the other assistant who looks about the same age with longer hair in a bob started joining in with her, saying the management doesn't care

Fuel station with Cost Cutters shop that includes the Post Office and a small pharmacy. The staff are friendly, polite and helpful.

Think staff need customer service training or management should care how they act to customers, as when I was going to pay an assistant there started bitching about me with her friend, so as I was leaving I said that I would complain as bitching about customers is unprofessional, and her friend thought she was being clever by twisting it by accusing me of swearing
