Pixie Locks have recently got me into my motorbike back box having left my keys in by accident, got my son back into our house after he locked himself out and we were on holiday and today came out in his camper van so as not to let us down due to his vehicle breaking down. What a great service, kept in touch and really can get into anything. Including my back box which I now have a spare key for!!!

We moved into new business premises and found that there were two combination locks on the two main doors and the landlord had no idea what the combinations were! We called Pixielock as we were aware they had a good reputation. Ollie took our call, gave good advice over the phone and booked a time to come and sort it out for us. Ollie turned up on time, did the job quickly and efficiently and was very reasonably priced. Excellent service. Were at my house within 20mts of calling. Fortunately in the mean time i had found the key to my filing cabinet which contained my wallet. Surprisingly there was no call out charge.. Many thanks for your courteous and friendly response.

Excellent all round. Visited promptly to unseize lock and trim key. Also advised and fitted a key safe which will be a great help in my holiday cottage. Lives in Tetbury unlike locksmiths run by call centres pretending to be local and charging excessively.
Superb .had to call a locksmith late on sunday night and Oli was with us within 15mins. Dealt with the issue advised on what to do next and was super helpfull in a stressful time. Highly recommend!!
