Always found the staff helpful in person but I tried calling the pharmacy Dept over last few days and the phone rings and rings for ages. Finally got through only to be cut off. Never had a problem before but GP has changed ordering service and said from now on I would have to ask my pharmacy to that for me....how on earth will I do that if I can't get through. Will sadly have to switch to another pharmacy in the Barkingside area.

After ordering a breakfast and a jacket potato with cheese and beans I had to wait for 35mmlns then I received a slice of toast and a hash brown. Later followed by the rest. It became clear that the long wait had been needed to prepare such an inedible fried egg and solid bacon served with dried beans on a paper plate. As for the jacket potato cold dry and inedible. All ln all would recommend the frozen isle to get a warmer better product.

I love the customer service team and many of the till staff, there a few that need customer service retraining and not chewing gum or singing religious songs
