I bought chicken drumsticks British chicken this afternoon.it was stinking very badly. Please check your product. Please keep the good product on the shelf.
Today I used the click n collect service and collected my goods at 8am. I had been in bed ill all weekend and didn’t know if I’d have the energy to actually shop after I finished work today so I thought I’d try the click and collect service. I wasn’t sure how it worked but customer services advised me and the security guard showed me the red zone. As I parked and got out, the man looking after the click n collect asked for my surname I asked if they came in bags and he sorry but it doesn’t and he went to fetch my shopping. When he came back he was very polite and as I said it was my first time using it and it was because I’d been ill all weekend he said for me to take my time. He’s checked to see if he could find a box for me. He was super polite very cheery and it really lifted my spirits after being ill. So I’d like to thank the gentleman for his level of service and I look forward to using the click n collect again.
The staff on the self check out act like they need 3 people there to shout “next please” that’s all you’ll ever hear in there is “next please” there too lazy to go on the tills so they just stand there giving instructions to you like they own the store, I have a issue with my voice at moment & I’m having surgery for it, so when I do have the operation I’m going to comeback in there & have a word proper with management about the staff on self check out this is the only Tesco that act like it, your not above anyone remember that you muppets treat customers tidy & don’t rush them on self check out without knowing anything about them seem all stuck up I’m from Rhondda but my father lives down here, if you come to this Tesco get served on the tills or you’ll have the the staff youngsters watching over you like you haven’t got a brain there just so rude it’s unbelievable I would name the people but I’ll be going to management after my operation then we’ll see who’s laughing then won’t we
Appalling experience on self checkout when I queried about a parking voucher. Very abrupt female employee and I overheard the male employee make a disgusting comment regarding the parking as I left, won't repeat it on here.
Good size store. Very busy as you would expect. 2 hours free parking, but second hour must be validated with a Tesco code minimum spend in store £3. Don't forget to collect the key code receipt as it is printed separately to your shopping receipt.
