Very poor customer service. I was over charged on an item of baby clothing. I went straight to to customer services with item and receipt thinking the lady would rectify. She kept repeating “ Nothing to do with me. I can’t comment” she then began to serve the woman behind me, both smirking.
I was in Tesco selby to buy 3x24 pack of Pepsi max at google set price of 7.50 a case but no such luck it was £10.50 on shelf and I was told google prices are always wrong according to the manager how can that b surely trade description
Loosing count of how much fruit I'm buying and it's going mouldy several days before the best before. Use by dates in general since covid are getting shorter and shorter, making doing a full week shop more difficult, this is against the backdrop that Tesco have made a weekly shop more than twice its pre-covid price, whilst declaring multi million pound profits...
I ordered a Click & Collect shop today, the young lady that brought my shopping to my car was absolutely lovely, very polite and chatting. Asked if she could help me with the packing, nothing was too much trouble! She is a credit to Tesco.nTesco Selby brilliant service.
I love the big tesco in Selby all the staff friendly and very helpful..prices r good on most things save loads on club cards..... I still save money to spend with points
