An absolute joke on a Friday night. The place is complete bedlam on a Friday night for a start, not enough hands on staff to man the checkouts when I was there 3 manned checkouts shut in the space of 4 mins and this was at 2000hrs when the place is extremely busy after seeing how many people were in a queue - approximately 6 with full trolleys they opened up one checkout with a very inexperienced young girl who clearly didn't have a great deal of experience in this field of work and needing a supervisor to correct three errors when dealing with a customer in one transaction. The rest of the skeleton staff on the shop floor and self service till's very rushed off their feet and the management not giving a damn - all they care about is making a profit and having an easy life while they're sitting on their arses so they don't break a nail. From my own observation it's not the front line workers who are the ones that are incompetent in that place it's the management. They seriously need to get their act together and pull their heads out of their arses that's if they're not already stuck up there 24/7

I went to the store last Friday to get some baby milk .I did my shop and went to the till I was scanning the shopping when I noticed a staff with a microphone hanging out of her ear racing up and down my trolley I started to feel uncomfortable and nervous like i was a criminal I asked what was the problem she replied we have a bulk buy policy. I said they were on the shelf and they are full price any why then she said ok you can have them . I rang tesco customer service after which I got an email from the store apparently at TESCO YOU CAN'T BUY MORE THEN 6 ITEMS OF THE SAME PRODUCT IT'S CLASSED AS BULK BUYING so know I have to go twice a week to the store to get my baby milk or i have to find another store please let me know if any Of you had same problem many thanks .

This Tescos is a real community hub now as it has a dentist, pharmacy, cafe etc with loads of parking available. It's very popular and for good reason too. Some of the staff have a bad attitude but most of them are helpful and friendly.

8 piece breakfast and a large coffee for just over £6. That's a good deal and acceptable standard as well
