Fantastic store for the community of Horncastle.nnIt's a Pay and Display car park, however the car park charges is knocked off your bill.nnThey have a bakery, deli, fresh fruit and veg, fresh produce and a great variety of Drinks, frozen and chilled foods.nnThe free fruit for kids is a fantastic initiative, which my kids love.nnStaff always fantastic here, never can do enough
Thank god that’s not my local supermarket. Pay and display car park - awful. No signs inside to show you where different food types are located - awful. Could hardly move because the isles are so narrow - awful. Could not wait to get out and never come back. Would rather drive twice the distance that shop there again.
Good store. Lots of products and helpful staff. I only wish they would limit how many pupils are allowed in at lunch as they create a lot of noise and confusion.
Amazing customer service! Jay must be my favourite employee and he always brings a smile to my face. Keep employing people like Jay and the business will stay booming!
Not a 'superstore'; dangerous to get to, I don't often bother unless on wheels. Has flooded repeatedly with river / sewage. Cheaper prices found elsewhere. Staff more concerned with shelving than customers.
