Mid sized supermarket with a really good range of produce. Excellent meal deal options, fresh fruit and veg, baked goods etc, several freezers. Easy to do a full weekly shop and prices are fair. Free car park to the rear, and central town location make it incredibly handy.
Well stocked small Tesco, perfect for grabbing some bits before journeying across the Irish Sea. Car park is very small and has ANPR cameras so make sure not to exceed the time of you are able to park. Could have a larger selection of vegan options but generally okay. If you're looking for vegan local cuisine, they even have this as pictured.
Great customer service at this store. New to the area so went in to get a few essentials and found the staff to be very cheerful and helpful. A special mention for Charlie who goes out of his way to help. Yes it’s his job but he does it with a smile and a cheerful word. Each time I’ve left the store smiling. Asset to the team Charlie! Thanks.
When I was here in Stranraer on 31st August 2024I asked if they toilet facilities the answer was NO they don't have any i am surprised they don't call your self superstore I don't think so....
Reasonable enough place, I've marked it down for a few reasons.nnThis is NOT a superstore, it's a small place, maybe the size of your average aldi/lidl. The car park is miniscule, maybe 30 or 40 spaces. Because of the size it has no customer toilets.
