Visited the store this morning looking for a specific product but regrettably there wasn't a single one on the fridge shelf.nI asked an assistant if she could help me by checking the stock and she immediately scanned for the item. She said it was out of stock but would go and check. Five minutes later she came back to say it was out of stock and that she had checked the delivery for tomorrow too. They weren't expecting any in tomorrow either sorry.nWhat excellent customer service. She was friendly, professional, kind and efficient and went the extra mile. Thank you Carol for all your help this morning.
Have shopped here for decades and love the shop- but this ridiculous new thing of having to put a pound coin in to get you shopping trolley is a nightmare! Tesco in Mold had a good and varied selection to choose from, they have a pharmacy and fresh bread. The staff here were really lovely, helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sold too.
Can’t leave a zero regrettably.nnI’ve actively tried and succeeded to avoid this store for quite a long time now due to attitudes of the staff at this store. Unfortunately I had to use it this week and I’ve been reminded why I don’t want to use this store.nnSelf scan staff are sarcastic, rude and after then proceed to ignore you… just blank you.nnThey fail to answer your questions and instead just sarcastically repeat the half baked answer they’ve concocted in their head with key details missing in the words that make it to their mouths.nnI won’t ever use this store again I have no issues with staff at any other supermarket or any other Tesco for that matter just this one.
I agree with previous review, I did my shopping at this store yesterday using the self scan. I asked an assistant, who was on her phone, if she would approve an age restricted item, she said she would when I had paid and went back to her phone. Of course I couldn't pay until it was approved so had to ask a second, much more helpful assistant. Not good customer service
