One of my family members fell today on a broken coconut staff on customer service desk finally called fkr duty manager but didn't ask for my family member to stay there Also called for duty manager about 5 minutes after als 5 minutes after that called for the instore House keeper at the end of our shop we asked a staff member on a till for the protocol/policy and she said I don't have a clue or couldn't tell you.

Great staff, very helpful. A shout out to Laura who went out of her way helping me find goods on the shelves and read them out to me. I'm recently partially sighted, and normally it takes a long time for me to find things, unless I have a family member with me. She was my Sherpa. Also, to the staff at the scanning station who were patient while I messed around with the bank card and put it upside down, sideways, God knows what - thank you. Some shops I feel rushed and judged in. Not here. This Tesco branch is great for people with disabilities. They really do go above and beyond especially Laura. Seriously, thanks.
One star is too many! They don’t even offer the scan and shop device and the staff are clueless when asked them about canned products which were stacked up in the original multi package on the very top shelf out of reach. And there is no variety of products and the bakery items were all stale! The aisle signs are wrong and aren’t changed when they move the items to different location in the store! Do not recommend
