Shop itself is fine, but the cafe is bad. Extremely slow, not especially cheap given it's in a supermarket but what annoyed me was after waiting a long time for our food, it was realised that the woman on the till had not put through one of our four meals. Given I had asked for four sets of cutlery she should have suspected something was wrong. Bought a sandwich in store instead as couldn't wait another half hour

Yet again no whole cooked chicken at this store Thursday,and im there everyday as a customer,no floor managers about just left to your loyal staff.nGet out of your office and floor walk see what your Aberdare customers need.nNo Cooked Whole chicken ,this is Tesco,I think.nMichael Dowland.
Great savings with club card. Gets too busy on weekends but service always great.
Check out horrendous queues keep waiting due to the fact too many tills closed self service queue when everyone was annoyed deciding to open a few extra tills attitude disgraceful can't find complaints on line maybe too many. Maybe they should have less staff walking around telling staff what to do and get on the checkout when needed or employ more.can you please put complaint email or phone number on line.
