I stupidly mislaid my credit card while paying at the scan and go till, but only noticed several hours later. The two incredibly helpful staff on the Customer Service desk on the evening of 9th July could not have been more efficient and pleasant - my card had been found thanks to either a member of staff or a kind shopper, and kept safely. A happy ending and a very positive experience so thank you Tesco Antrim.

There should be a zero star for this scamming tescosnIreland own magazine at 2.40 euro £ 2.10 in the North..unless we had a one Ireland yesterday I had to paid £2.40. Assistance was that slow unhelpful to refund my 30p only answer was that's what it scanned for..I didn't have all day for the person to get retrained..anyway say never be bk into to this shop because its a disgrace as I live close..that's concrete now.might be 30p but I myself am not a billionaire like tescos owners..

I shop here most days and find all the staff very pleasant, helpful and courteous. My problem is that for months now l have not been able to obtain batchelors cup a soup cream of vegetable with croutons. It is a particular favourite of mine and my grandchildren but has not been in stock for months, despite my inquiry. Have to add within week of me asking Pauline about soup, it was back on the shelves and has been ever sincenMany thanks
