A staff member Gita rushing a customer to pay quick so she can pay, and when I told her I was doing as quick as I could. She went forward with threatening behaviour ramming her trolley on purpose, loudly into a checkout platform right next to my child, then sarcastically comments on me and my child. I’ve warned her not to rush me and bully me, and she went forward and threatened to sue me.nAbsolutely unacceptable behaviour.
This store has Costa coffee shop with sitting place to enjoy whilst shopping or for relaxation. In-store pharmacy and clothing shop. Both female and male washroom. Big car park with pick up and drop off for Uber/minicabs.
Nayna was so amazing, friendly and helpful. Really appreciate your support today. Hope your management team read this. Appreciate the effort she puts in. Excellent service. I will definitely coming back to this store all because of her Excellent customer service skills.
Nayma and team provide excellent high quality customer service. I paid for a few items and forget to bag them up, and only realised once I got home 1hr later. So I went back and luckily Nayma and team remembered me I showed them my receipt and they let me collect the few items I left behind. Highly recommend this place for last minute late night shopping! Well stocked store too!
Extremely unprofessional staff and extremely rude at the self checkout tills! My aunty paid for her own stuff I only helped her she bought herself 2 paracetamol and I bought 2 ibuprofen for my own self paid separately and the lady at till didn’t let me buy them at first and started behaving harshly with us. Too rude and extremely bad
