I wanted to leave a formal compliment in reference to Thornton Heath Mobile phone department. Had no internet and Ranjit the assistant manager fixed all and gave me clear instructions on how to get it working next time. Top quality service with a smile. Thanks big time.
I love this shop, they have really good offers, staff are helpful and most importantly, they are humane enough to keep their customers’ toilets working. Fruits here are the best. Their clothing section not good tho, but everything else is superb!
This is my local Tesco literally 5 minutes away from home and I used to shop here for over 10 days however I'm writing this review because I have major concerns about not only extremely high prices but also how this Tesco is maintained. I usually visit after work and find very poor selection of items that used to be there. Once I have found what I wanted but prices have doubled up. I understand that prices were raised everywhere so perhaps with a club card you can get discounts in certain products what are disappointed that the shop is all over the place and it's not being cleaned and tidied properly. Poor selection of clothing but you can find much much bigger and great quality products in the big Streatham Tesco because this one is smaller. I still go there I still recommend it but I've put three stars because of the lack of cleansing tightness and prices that went up so you can find things cheaper in other supermarkets and shops.nNow let me talk about what I like about this Tesco and it hasn't changed kind courteous polite people on the shop floor and the checkout they will always always help you find the particular item that will go above and beyond until they make sure that customer is satisfied and I truly love that and feel like a valued customer.

The Store Manager Ben is most often working directly alongside his colleagues on the shop floor. He is approachable and unfailingly helpful with customer requests for help or advice. A great asset to Tesco Thornton Heath !
