Popped into Tesco on Sunday to use the pharmacy and do a little shopping while I waited. The pharmacy staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, providing excellent customer service. The store itself was well-stocked and had a great selection of products. The aisles were clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what I needed. Overall, I had a very positive experience at this Tesco location and would highly recommend it to others. The convenience of having a pharmacy and grocery store in one place made my errands a breeze, and the helpful staff made all the difference. I'll definitely be back for my future shopping needs!
Conveniently situated large supermarket with lots of parking and a petrol station. Although not the biggest Tesco it does have a pharmacy and dry cleaning concessions in store.
Absolutely miserable staff who lack any people skills whatsoever; especially the older women on the self-service and the checkouts. They have an attitude as though they are the bouncers of Tesco and are looking down their nose upon you for daring to enter into THEIR store. I only shop here if I absolutely must, otherwise the Asda in Cardiff Bay is my usual place to go.
Rude staff. My mate and I popped in to buy some drinks on 6/1/23. We accidentally ended up in the card only lane and the lady had to call over a guy to use the cash lane next to her. While she didn’t card us the guy did and aggressively looked at our IDs and huffed at me saying I guess that’s ok I’m nearly 28. His attitude was off putting and his aggressiveness was over the top considering it was an accident. Why do cash only lanes that’s what self check out is for.
I've seen a review here stating that the floor supervisors and kiosk are rude. Well that isn't true at all. They have always been really friendly and helpful when I've been in here, which is pretty much daily as it's my local store. Great selection of goods and pretty much all you need from a supermarket. ALL the staff here are friendly.
