Very bad customer service. I had to use the disabled toilet and I had just sat down when someone tried the door. I then became aware of someone watching me on the toilet. I looked up to see a huge gap between the door and the frame and there was a woman looking at me. I shouted for her to leave which she did. I quickly stood up to pull my clothing up to find an old woman staring at me through the gap.....she saw everything. I went to customer services to report it but the guy there just kept nodding and smiling. So I asked to see the manager. All of a sudden I was surrounded by staff and I went into fight or flight mode. Apparently according to one of the managers the lad on customer services doesnt speak good English and thats why he kept smiling and nodding, SO WHY IS HE AT CUSTOMER SERVICES?. Not once did anyone ask me to a private place to discuss this it was done in front of customers which made it all the more embarrassing. They even recorded me on a bodycam.nI went into a customer toilet in Tesco Aviemore and they allowed other customers to see me naked. I don't even know how many looked before the two I saw. I felt sick. And none of the staff even said sorry.
Two members of staff talked about sending nudes on Grindr in front of my elderly mother. The store is a disgrace
The guy serving decided to just eye ball me because I inconvinced him to serve me.... looked like he was on drugs, maybe wasn't but it felt and looked like it. Then id me and a friend. Even though close to 40. No id on me, so couldn't ge served. Very weird experience.
Went in to buy some provisions and on the way out wanted to use the toilet only to find it was out of order AGAIN, shame on you Tesco it’s about time that they were fixed
Decent wee shop but the now standard Tesco service from staff. 3 days in a row I went in while visiting Aviemore and 3 days in a row myself and other customers are standing waiting in the self service area awaiting staff to check ID products. On one occasion I waited for over 3 minutes while the 3 staff members finished their conversation. Not good for your self scan compliance or 1 in front?
