Costa coffee poor, thin watery coffee, dirty spoons. Not nice. One staff member working very hard. Staff not trusted to use money, claim its out of service.
Despite the high temperature today, excellent assistance provided by Charlotte at the Customer Service Desk. She solved my voucher query very efficiently and was so pleasant to deal with. Thank you so much. 10/10.
Good variety of to-go meals, the Salmon sushi is nice however the rice is very dry what you can expect from store bought sushi It has a pharmacy with good prices. The produce is usually fresh with barely any defects.
Enjoyable due to your staff.
Plenty goods to choose from friendly staff good prices xx
