I'm writing this as a review as I'm not sure how to contact head office. But I'm hoping at least management will see it. My Uncle lived locally to the store and was frequenting it several times a day towards the more advanced stage of his illness Vascular Dementia. I know all of the staff there really looked out for him particularly some of the ladies that worked on the checkout unfortunately we are not sure of all of their names, I did pop a card in to say thank you. He has now been moved to somewhere where he can receive the care he now needs. But we just wanted to say thank you to the staff who kept an eye out for him as this helped him to stay independent for as long as possible.
Pleasant staff and well stocked shelves. Always a huge selection of vegetarian foods for me, unlike other supermarkets. Good parking and toilet facilities, of which are always clean.
First time shopping at the Quinton store, staff were excellent and very helpful when checking out as first time using the Tesco Clubcard scannner. Sue The Manager John was also very friendly and helpful and even brought us the item we couldn’t find. All round excellent staff and store, will make our regular store. Thanks All.
Consistently the worst supermarket ever. Couldn't find any burgers today in the meat aisle, asked three staff who were clueless - the guy on the self service tills, scrolled through his phone and then said, we don't sell burgers...seriously?! I wanted to make a complaint but there was a massive queue at customer service so gave up, left and went to Sainsbury's where life returned to normal :-
Wide walkways, well stocked, everything priced. Good selection of fresh fruit and veg. Free car park. Plenty of assisted checkouts. Toilets.
Today morning I went to Tesco to buy some groceries the Lady who was in self checkout place was very rude I done the payment and she said I didn’t pay I try to steal without paying i paid again payment gone through two times so I had to go back to Tesco to get the refund again this not pleasant at all. staff should respect customers in good manner and behave their self. worst customer service and very disappointed .
This is probably the worst Tesco in Birmingham big shop massive building but very small number of choice close early. Although the appointed time it says on Google but sometimes they would just close the shop earlier than the time advertised. I’ve never seen from any Tesco branch they do that The lady was extremely rude find excuse that she needs to finish early. That’s why they’re closing, the counter early doesn’t make sense I’ve never seen from Tesco.

Refused sale of redbull because I was with a 17 year old who didn't have I.d. Was shocked. Lanky block on self scans seemed like a jobs worth and has no common sence. Recommend taking him away for the customers he seems to like conflict. Never got redball With meal deals and if they do its small ones. Don't try ur club card on phone at self scans u can't get signal
Always a nice clean store and stocked well
