Just wanted to thank Samara who was so nice and noticed the pound coin she went to give me was fake before handing it to me. She could have easily not say anything which is what most people would do. She was so nice and polite, thank you Samara, it was nice meeting you. Keep up the good work.
The last few weeks Jan 2024 they have turned the heating off probably to save money. If you want to shop here dress up warm. Staff on the checkouts don't look happy.
Arrived just after 4 pm as the website says you're open until 5pm, unfortunately the shop is locked up and closed. This is unacceptable.

Staff are some of the rudest people I have come across working in retail. I genuinely hate coming in here.
Tall black fella, glasses, beard and two silver teeth, working 01.10.23, Morning shift. What an absolute dream!! Impeccable customer service on the tills, charming, funny, interactive, checked all products were in good condition whilst scanning them. The exact reason why I won't use the self check outs. A really lovely man. If he was the only person I made contact with all week which in some cases for the elderly customers he would be I would be really happy. The art of conversation has not been lost.
Your delivery driver Dario stole a £400 parcel from my building and you did nothing about it! Do not get online deliveries from here guys!
Worst tesco in the uk by a long shot. Seems like it's run by completely incompetent people who couldn't manage their way out of a paper bag. Service is non existent, wait times are atrocious. Don't waste your time calling them as nobody ever answers the phone. Much better run stores elsewhere.
Do not recommend parking at Enfield Tesco Parade.Despite of being loyal customer here for 20 years and spending lots of money every week on food: Horizon parking company issued parking fine for me for taking 40min longer than 2h for doing big weekly shoping. Disgusting behaviour!!! You've lost loyal customer. I will do my shopping somewhere else! I do not recommend this car park. It's another scheme from Horizon to rip you off and make as much money as possible during current crisis. Shame on you!
