Quite surprised at the overall rating for this Tesco. I prefer this one to the Baguley, Altrincham and the (somewhat hideous) Stretford store. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. You're greeted when you arrive by a smiling face (which is quite rare nowadays!). You can get everything you need here. There's a wide selection of baby/children's clothes (which are often reduced), a varied free-from section and a Pharmacy. I enjoy shopping here and would definitely choose this store over the local M&S and Sainsbury's. Happy customer.

A decent Tesco, friendly staff and easy enough to navigate. The car park can get a bit frustrating now you have to do the whole minimum purchase of £5 and confirm at a machine but it is much easier to park than it was in the past.

I feel this tesco should probably stock more variety than it does. It has plenty of parking of the roof which is great. A nice addition which they have added in the last 6 months is a Krispy Kreme counter.

Have not been going as much because of the car park changes... The twice I have shopped there recently the parking machines have not functioned properly on each occasion! Very frustrating and as I have health issues a pain to have to trail back down to customer services with my shopping.. Only to find a queue to stand in! Probably won't shop there again. Many people have negative feelings about the hassle.. Bonus for Sainsbury's!

Not pressuredwhen returning my good but the young man on the customer service desk was moody and impolite didnt like his mood at all. This is the 2nd time ive had to deal with him returning goods that didnt fit
