Tesco Superstore

Yet again in Crumlin tesco items have been set out and no one has bothered to put on the system. Couldn't buy two children's toys for Christmas presents and it wasn't on till and no one could resolve nearly couldn't buy another electric item until just by chance it poped up on the system. This has happened to me many time and no one can ever resolve it! Maybe the staff that are responsible for putting the item on the computers should start paying more attention to their jobs. As for me I'll not be trying to purchase anymore presents in crumlin store as it's just a waste of my time!

I have been a regular customer of crumlin Tesco since it opened, sober or tipsy but never drunk, I have never had a problem. I am a fun mummy who likes to enjoy my shopping with 4 kids or call in on my way to a party. But to go in with 2 glasses of wine which I enjoyed with my dinner on a Saturday night, having a laugh with my friend and only buying 2 bottles of wine and 12 tins of mixed fruit (the nicest cider ever) and a pair of jeans to be told by MARK the duty manager that he couldnt serve us as we were inebriated. He said we couldn't purchase our items and embarrassed and humiliated us in front of the whole store at 9.00 pm on Saturday the 24th of June. I will continue to be myself and not alter my personality because a member of staff feels he is bigger man and wants to belittle me. Tesco you have done a disservice to one of your regular customers and I am not impressed.
